With a sharp knife make a pocket in the side of each steak and insert 2 oysters. Sew up the slits or secure with skewers. Preheat the broiler to high. Brush each steak liberally with melted butter and sprinkle with pepper. Broil the steaks for 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Brush the steaks with more butter when they are turned.
